I have been having short working days these 2 weeks! Haha, only worked a total of 6 days over 2 weeks, envy me right? =P Don't be, cos' I was very sick last week & was on MC last Thur and Fri. For this week, I am on leave tomorrow morning and the whole of Fri!
I am having a daytime driving for the first time on a weekday tomorrow, and that is just to let me have a peace of mind for the actual test on Friday morning. Just felt that I should have a try on a weekday morning to see how it feels. I have always been driving night-time on weekdays and only a few mornings on weekends ok? Spent sooo much money liao..haiz, I know many ppl will say why dun I take private instructor? I quite lazy to look for one, and have to look for a good one somemore. School is very systematic and organized, dun have to worry too much except for the money of course! Haha..:P
I am getting really really nervous about my test on Fri. Whenever I talk about with my friends, my heart jumps so irregularly..haha dunno la, too exaggerating right?
I managed to go temple pray on Sunday with Baby. It was sooo crowded on Sunday and the temple is really really humid and hot! Made me sweat like mad inside, especially when the weather is going to rain but have not rained!
Recently there have been many many road accidents, it's really terrible that so many ppl get hurt or die cos of all these mistakes or bad driving attitude. Am quite worried that it'll be harder to pass the driving test due to all these. While learning driving, I really realised that there are a lot of bad drivers ard in singapore! So irritated by them, but maybe because that is how Singapore is, cos of the fast-paced environment, everyone has been "tuned" to that mode without noticing themselves.
Don't you guys think that Singaporeans walk really really fast? Especially during the morning rush of course! I understand many of us are rushing cos' we woke up late, or missed the bus, or watever that caused us late for work. However, I know many others are just being "pushed" by those other "Rushers". I am one of them SOMETIMES (sometimes I rush also cos I am late lar!). I tend to walk very fast with the others, and later realised "eh, waat am I rushing for? why am I rushing sooo fast and my heart beat so fast and I get so breathless?" When I take the LRT in the morning & see that the train will be coming in 1 minute & that the lift is full, I will just rush up the stairs and try to catch that coming train, although I am NOT late! Then when I change from LRT to MRT, I have to go down the escalator and cross a small bridge and walk up stairs to get to the MRT platform again. I always perspire a lot after I reach the MRT platform. Haha..Singaporeans will easily get mental stress and is not healthy too!
Oh ya, I also heard about someone being "pressed" to death by a falling TRee in Singapore! That is sooooo unfortunate and sad! This is the first time I heard of such thing in Singapore. Another very sad thing is the 2 NS men being crashed to death by the falling plane! Haiz....:(
Like so many death...
Hmm..
My mum cried on Mother's Day! She was not sad ... she was too touched and couldn't help it. I gave her a card and wrote the wordings in Chinese characters, and also gave her a Paul Anker Live DVD. I could see that she was touched when she saw the DVD, and when she was reading the contents of the card, tears just poured out. When I saw that, I also cannot control.. it is just AUTO lor! then my sis also teared! hahaha..and we were like going to order food and the waiter was by our table! Haha..then my dad and baby just continued to order the food while we "sucked" back our tears..
I think I will get a Lionel Richie CD for my dad for father's day! haha... :P
HEya'll, pls pray for me to pass my driving test !!!
So that I can attend Baby's Red Beret ceremony happily on Fri evening!!!! HE so poor thing, gotta walk 72 km tomorrow ... I know many commandos have done so lar..but still, I know it is going to drain him. Jiayou baby & Jiayou myself! :D
